We were human once. And uh, separate humans at that but then, one fateful day, something strange happened and we morphed into Marymeg. This is our story.

Marywise: Marywise is almost certain she was dropped on her head at birth. She has no concrete proof, but quite a lot of circumstantial evidence. She is drawn to stories that talk about The Big Important Nobility Of Goodness And Sacrifice, like Lord of the Rings and Buffy, but ends up writing flakey drivel about the pretty people therein when it comes to fanfic. Still, people seem to dig the flakey drivel, so that's all right

Megolas: Megolas landed head first into the Buffy fandom and thus fanfic, admittedly, a lot of her early stuff was cringeworthy but then she discovered beta readers and likes to think she's improved a lot. She's a fandom butterfly and has written in several fandoms under a couple nom de plumes.

Marymeg: Marymeg is the combined brain of Marywise and Megolas, we co-write fic together and mainline only the finest Monkeycrack available. The whole sordid thing started when Mary posted the first line of what would soon become known as 'Crack!fic' or 'The fic that ate our brains' (Neg. P.) to her lj as a random scene she'd love to see. I squealed. She squealed and we started writing it in my lj by the end of it we had a over 7000 words crackbaby and more bunnies than healthy. Hence the name and the archive.
